Why a strategic position?

Because the Residence is located in Santo Stefano di Sessanio, in the heart of the Abruzzo National Park and Monti della Laga.

Because the Residence is a strategic starting point to make the most beautiful excursions on the Gran Sasso or to visit art treasures such as the nearby medieval churches of Bominaco and Fossa and historic cities, such as the l’Aquila.

Because being just outside the centre of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, your nights will be quiete and peaceful.

Because if you love nature, our location is lovely. You’ll be fascinated.

Because our structure consists of a range of different and personalized housing solutions, designed to meet the needs of everyone, from groups of friends to romantic couples to families on trips.
